Delete ClassMaster data
This public page explains how a teacher or school can delete an account or ask us to remove hosted classroom data.
Google sign-in or a shared Isazi Education account
Email privacy@aigrader.com from the account email address with the subject “ClassMaster account deletion”. We will authenticate the request and coordinate deletion across ClassMaster and any other Isazi Education product using the same identity. Do not send learner answers or roster data by email.
Delete hosted data without closing the account
A teacher or authorized school representative can use the same privacy email to request deletion of a class, roster, assessment or other hosted classroom records while keeping the teacher account. We will arrange a safer way to identify the relevant workspace.
What account deletion removes
The active teacher account and ClassMaster workspace are removed, including hosted class setup, learner rosters and identifiers, quizzes, uploaded results, structured response evidence and connected insights.
What is not remotely erased
Classroom work stored only on a teacher's phone or tablet remains under that teacher's control and can be removed by clearing or uninstalling the app. ClassMaster does not keep routine scanning photos or video on the hosted service.
Backup and security retention
Deleted records may remain in protected disaster-recovery backups for up to 14 days and are not used for ordinary processing. Security and service logs may remain for up to 30 days. A restored backup must have completed deletion requests reapplied.

Email privacy@aigrader.com. We may keep the minimum record needed to prove that a deletion request was completed or to meet a legal obligation, but not for advertising or learner profiling.
